At Alev Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and ensure it is securely packed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
